I Let out my house to a family of Lithuanian and 1 other person who is a friend of the family, the family left 1 month after the start of the tenacy agreement, and the other person stoped paying me rent 3 months ago, he kept saying he will pay me every couple of days, after 1 month i started the eviction process (eviction process started on the 26th october 2010),
we said if he gave’s the rent to us we will stop the process, he kept promising me the money, but nothing, and today he has jus disapeared (back to his country) with random people in my house,
we went down we got threatened with a folk, Yes u heared me with a folk, 1 of them graped me by my arm, then my brother punched him, so we cant go to the police,
what else is there that we can do, they are not trust worthy, and they were pissed out of they heads, and these guys are big lads,
the person who was there before had the bills on his name and he has not payed them, how do i get they info from them, i need any suggestions (legal of illlegal) just want them assholes out
Can i call they guys squatters or not, There are 3 men and a woman
Sorry ukgardner, dont know how 2 use this, i was gonna email you, but dont know how, i just need this problem solved, im geting letters fom my mortgage provider that they eaither want the money or they will take my house off me, i am so stressed out i could proberly kill them, and yes i am english even tho my spelling is a bit crap, thx anyway,
I mean if i dont have a tenacy agreement with these new guys are they squatters or what, i dont want to call them that because even they have right, can i not just change the locks while they are out, any idea’s welcome, Thankyou
